Deliveries & Returns

1 - MANUFACTURING TIME

All Marmaille products are handmade and made to order, avoiding overproduction. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on order flow. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the information banner at the top of the website and remains approximate. We thank you for your understanding and patience and are doing our best to keep these delays to a minimum.

2 - DELIVERIES

Delivery costs are based on current postal rates and are included in the order total. In the event of a change in current rates, Marmaille reserves the right to modify its delivery costs. These costs are indicated to the Customer before any payment.

Shipments are made via Mondial Relay or La Poste (tracked letter or Colissimo), depending on your choice.
Delivery is free for purchases over €100 in mainland France.

Marmaille cannot be held responsible if your order is not received due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Your order will be reshipped with additional shipping costs at the buyer's expense.

    3 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

    To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to the Marmaille company by email. at the following address: hello@maison-marmaille.com

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note that returns should be sent to the following address, by Tracked Letter or Registered Colissimo :

    Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

    If accepted, the refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the items by the Marmaille company.

    EXCEPTIONS OR NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items).
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    EXCHANGES
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
